Please remember to REPORT YOUR SALE at the time your clients make their deposit. We are receiving e-mail notifications, e-Docs and other important information on bookings that have no corresponding sales reports.
Because of our desire to keep you in the loop, we do an unnecessary amount of research and guess work so we can get these notifications to the right agent. As each month continues to get busier, we will not be able to cross-check a notification from a vendor if there is no Sales Report.
Insure you are in the loop of what's happening with your clients, their plans and your commission by submitting a sales report IMMEDIATELY after your clients have made their initial deposit.
